Hormonal ve Steroid Tedavisi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Su bazl\u0131 (sulu) olan ins\u00fclinin aksine, bir\u00e7ok hormon ya\u011f i\u00e7inde s\u00fcspanse edilir. Steroid Enjeksiyon \u0130\u011fneleri<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>TRT'ye benzer, <strong>steroid enjeksiyon i\u011fneleri t\u00fcrleri<\/strong> sa\u011flam olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bir endoskopun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma kanal\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irilen bu uzun, esnek kateterler bir i\u011fne ile u\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131larak kullan\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hemostaz:<\/strong> Kanayan \u00fclserleri durdurmak i\u00e7in epinefrin enjekte etmek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Skleroterapi:<\/strong> \u00d6zofagus varislerinin tedavisi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kald\u0131rma:<\/strong> Rezeksiyondan \u00f6nce polipleri kas duvar\u0131ndan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in salin enjekte edilmesi (EMR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B. \u00dcrolojik Uygulamalar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu <strong>sistoskopik enjeksiyon i\u011fnesi<\/strong> Benzer bir prensiple \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ancak mesane i\u00e7in tasarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00dcrologlar bunlar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 aktif bir mesaneyi tedavi etmek i\u00e7in mesane duvar\u0131na Botulinum toksini (Botoks) enjekte etmek veya idrar ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131 tedavi etmek i\u00e7in \u015fi\u015firme ajanlar\u0131 enjekte etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131rlar. Bu i\u011fneler, sistoskop a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131nda b\u00fck\u00fclme olmadan gezinmek i\u00e7in ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc esneklik sunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C.
